Knapp Farmhouse is a lovely thatched farmhouse, possibly the oldest house in the village and built with stone taken from the long since ruined King John's Castle nearby. Located on the edge of the beautiful village of Powerstock, near Brdiport in Dorset, our B&B is ideally located as a base for exploring the beautiful West Dorset countryside.

Located between the old Dorset net making town of Bridport and pretty country town of Beaminster, this is 'Hardy' country at its best and only five miles from the magnificent Dorset Jurassic Coast, now a World Heratige Site. Powerstock is the perfect example of a typical Dorset countryside village with pretty thatched cottages and ancient village church, all within a short walk of our farmhouse Bed & Breakfast

A warm welcome awaits you at Knapp Farmhouse B&B and available is a comfortable and elegant twin bedded room with private bathroom and sitting area in our self-contained annexe, which used to be the granary for this old farmhouse. It is ideal for a relaxing holiday exploring the Dorset Countryside.

Breakfast is taken in our dining room in the main house and is cooked to order from locally sourced independent producers. If you have particular dietary requirements, we will try to accommodate them.
